1. Information clause: processing for the purpose of providing or selling educational services
Pursuant to Art. 13(1)–(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), we inform you that:
1) The controller of your personal data is eTrapez Usługi Edukacyjne E-learning Krystian Karczyński, ul. Piaskowa 101 lok. 4, 72-010 Police.
2) Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing the contract for the sale of educational services (Courses and Forum subscription) on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(a) and (b) GDPR.
3) Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract and thereafter stored for the statutory limitation period for public-law claims, i.e. 6 years.
4) You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, to withdraw consent insofar as processing is based on your consent, and to object to processing.
5) The right of access may be exercised by submitting an access request using the form available on the Controller’s website.
6) Access will be granted after successful verification of your identity for the security of your personal data.
7) You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
8) Providing personal data is voluntary, but refusal may result in the inability to conclude a contract.
2. Information clause: processing of personal data for our own marketing database
Pursuant to Art. 13(1)–(2) GDPR, we inform you that:
1) The controller of your personal data is eTrapez Usługi Edukacyjne E-learning Krystian Karczyński, ul. Piaskowa 101 lok. 4, 72-010 Police.
2) Your personal data will be processed for our own marketing purposes on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.
3) Your personal data will be stored until you request removal from the subscription list.
4) The recipients of your personal data will be entities cooperating with the Controller, i.e. IT support and e-mail hosting providers, to the extent necessary to perform the contract concluded with the Controller.
5) You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, data portability, restriction of processing, to withdraw consent insofar as processing is based on your consent, and to object to processing.
6) The right of access may be exercised by submitting an access request using the form available on the Controller’s website.
