Files do not download completely. Files download very, very slowly. After downloading and trying to extract them, strange error messages appear, e.g. "Archive corrupted...", "File corrupted...", etc.
Downloading large files (some over 10 GB) from the Internet can sometimes be problematic. For example, if you lose your Internet connection even for a second during the download, the file will be marked as “corrupted”. In such cases, you can try the following:
1. Make sure you have enough space on your hard drive before downloading, especially on the system partition (during download, the file is temporarily saved there before moving to the selected partition).
2. To support downloading, you can use a program designed for this purpose, e.g.:
JDownloader:
- Directly here,
- or visit https://jdownloader.org/download/index
Remember not to accept the installation of additional software during setup.
3. If the error persists, you can always download the course using a different Internet connection (e.g. at a friend’s place), copy it to a pendrive/CD/DVD and then transfer it to your computer. NOTE: Downloading from another computer using the same Internet connection will not help.
4. Still having errors? If everything fails, please contact us.
After downloading and playing the recordings, it turned out they have no sound... I only see a black screen... I have trouble opening your videos on my Mac with iOS. When opening with QuickTime Player, I get a message saying the document cannot be opened and the file is not compatible with the player...
If all files are unpacked, PDFs open without any issues, and the problem is only with video playback, try these steps:
1. Play the videos with a different media player. We recommend VLC, the best option available for many systems: https://www.videolan.org/vlc/
The reason videos may not play could be missing codecs. Try downloading and installing them from this site:
If the video still doesn’t open, please contact us. We will try to send the files in a different format.
I purchased a course. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work on Mac computers because I can’t unpack the .zip file. My MacBook Air doesn’t open the videos from the purchased course.
A different system or a MacBook is not a big obstacle. Course files are packed in a .zip archive, and video files are in .avi format. You may need additional programs to unpack and play them.
1. Download the purchased course. If you have trouble downloading, try an alternative link or use a program to help download large files. The issue may not be caused by your Mac or operating system (see tips: Problems downloading course files after purchase).
2. The downloaded course is packed into a .zip file. If you can’t unpack it automatically, use any program designed for this purpose, for example:
B1 Free Archiver: https://b1.org/mac/
RAR: https://www.dobreprogramy.pl/RAR,Program,Mac,63859.html
3. Then go to the folder where the course is unpacked. All materials are located in folders: /video, /wzory, /domowe or grouped by lessons. Video files are in .avi format, and formulas and homework are in .pdf. If the video doesn’t open, try another player. We recommend VLC:
If errors still occur, contact us.
I sent a bank transfer but didn’t receive any email or confirmation. What’s happening?
Banks in Poland usually process transfers with a delay of 1 business day. This means the money reaches our account typically 1 business day after payment, and only then we send the access details via email. So, if you make a payment on Friday, you may receive access to materials only on Monday.
To speed things up, you can choose Paynow as the payment method and still pay from your bank.
For regular bank transfers, we recommend sending us the payment confirmation by email at sklep@etrapez.pl. This should speed up order processing.
I received the invoice, but I don’t have any courses. When will they arrive?
The email with access details to the courses is sent at the same time as the invoice email, so it should have already reached you. Please check your spam/junk folder.
If you still can’t find it, no problem, contact us. We’ll resend the email with the links.
I didn’t create a separate account earlier. I purchased courses but cannot log in to the website.
Purchasing individual courses or course bundles does NOT automatically create an account on our site. The email you entered was only used to send the message with the links. If you cannot log in, it probably means no user account exists.
You can, of course, create a new account. It can be with the same email address used when placing the order. You can use this form: Create an account on eTrapez Online
After creating a new account, please send us a message. We will link your previous order to it. You’ll then have access to all purchased materials: to the download links in your account settings and to watch lessons online.
Some time ago, I purchased courses on your website. The download links sent to my email no longer work. How can I recover my courses?
If the previously sent links no longer work, please contact us. Provide your order number or the email address used for the purchase. We will resend the order confirmation with updated download links for the courses.
Some time ago, I purchased courses on your website. I tried to log in to download the purchased materials again, but my account has been deleted. Can you reactivate my old account?
During the GDPR update (May/June 2018), we deleted accounts of users who did not click the confirmation link to keep their account and agree to the new data processing rules.
Most likely, we had to remove your account at that time as well.
There will be no problem regaining access to your purchased courses. You can simply create a new account, preferably with the same email address, using this form:
https://online.etrapez.pl/darmowe-konto/
After creating the new account, we will link your previous order to it. You will then have access to all purchased materials and to watch online lessons.
Contact us once your new account is created.
I’m interested in your "eTrapez course package". Is the payment for the package one-time or monthly?
The purchase of a single course or a course package is a ONE-TIME payment.
If, after some time, the download links you received stop working, just contact us. We will resend updated links.
Are eTrapez courses available forever or only for a limited time?
Access to purchased Online Courses is not time-limited.
The download links sent to your email (available also in your account settings for users who created an account) are valid for one year. That means you have one year from the order confirmation date to download all courses to your computer.
After that time, the links expire. You can, of course, contact us later and request reactivation. No problem at all.
Once downloaded, the files on your computer or any storage device can be used for life. Downloaded materials do not expire.
The most important feature of our courses, as confirmed by numerous reviews, is the clear language. We strive to ensure that everyone, regardless of their prior knowledge, can solve problems on the discussed topic after completing our course.
Our courses can be purchased individually, but the much more beneficial option is the 'Course Packages', ensuring that you receive all available topics.
We started by creating courses for college students, but in response to the repeated requests for courses preparing for final exams, we also began creating courses dedicated to high school students.
By purchasing eTrapez Courses, you get lifetime access to them on our Online platform. You can use them anytime, anywhere in the world.
